Product Description

The reducer is generally used for low-speed and high-torque transmission equipment. The motor, the internal combustion engine or other high-speed power is transmitted through the gears on the input shaft of the reducer to mesh the large gears on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of deceleration. The reducer will also have several pairs of identical principle gears to achieve the desired deceleration effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. 

The special reducer for construction elevators is also called the elevator reducer, which is a mechanical device that changes the high-speed rotary motion into a low-speed rotary motion.

Before using,please check carefully whether the reducer modle, distance, ratio, input connecting method , output shaft structure, input and output shaft direction and revolving direction accord with required. 

According to the requirement of selecting lubricant oil in the product manual. Please fill proper category and brand lubricant.And then screw on the vent-plug, unlock the small cone-plug of vent-plug.Only after doing these, reducer is already for startinh up running.The proper brand and adequate lubricant oil is required, replacing oil in time conforming to the request of product manual is also necessary, especially after using first 100hours, it is required refilling new oil. 

When abnormal circumstances occur, please stop and check reducer per solutions and reasons for faults of reducer(allowable highest oil temperature is 95, under this temperature limit, if oil temperature no more goes up, please let reducer continue running).

HOW IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

But for manufacturers factories it will take more than 30 days to produce the ordered machine.

WHICH PAYMENT TERMS CAN YOU ACCEPT?
Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term, sometime DP term.
(1) On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settle before shipment, or against the copy of original B/L for long-term cooperating client.
(2) On L/C term, a 100%irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an international recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
