About us

In 1993, Luoyang Daobei Special Steel Ball Plant was founded, which was a jointventure of LYC.
In 2004 it started the business of wind energy steel ball with Korea company .
In 2016 after reformation, it was renamed Luoyang Zhisheng Special Steel BallCo.,Ltd (ZS).
And it was moved to the Yingzhuang Industrial Park of Mangshan Town, Luoyang,Henan in the same year.
In 2007 its first batch of bearing balls were applied for GE wind energy bearings .
In 2013 its annual output value exceeded more than RMB 35 million ,and 80% of ourballs are mainly for wind energy industry.
In 2014 ZS developed a new product “AISI S-2 Rockbit Ball” for oil drilling industry ,which was sold to USA and Canada markets.
In 2015 it imported an AVIKO Eddy current test machine from the Czech Republicand its model 3070 is the first one in China.
In 2016 Luoyang Yusion Industrial Co.,Ltd was founded, which is a subsidiary of ZS.
In 2017 it Established a cooperation relationship with North America, Russia,

European oil industry giants, and a batch of photoelectric appearance test equipmentwas purchased.

Inspection

At the beginning of the year 2015, our company import an eddycurrent test machine from the Czech Republic. It’s the world’smost advanced of steel ball surface quality inspection equipment atpresent, and also it’s the only way to eliminate human error toensure the balls detection quality.

Packing & Delivery

1.Firstly we pack the balls in cartons. For each carton,the size is : Length:160mm Width:120mm Height:65mm

2. Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof) at first, then put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.

3. We pack our balls using wooden pallet(Plywood) in our export business :The size of wooden pallet: Length:860mm Width:800mm Height:750mm
